Between cultures
Native Russian, fluent English, working Finnish. I have run onboarding across six countries, and spent five years at a multicultural association in Porvoo consulting and coaching immigrant members.
Between teams
I write the ticket a developer can act on and the steering report a board can decide on. Same fact, two languages, no meaning lost in between.
Between business and IT
A philology master's and ten years in communications, then a full-stack developer qualification, then project management. I have stood on both sides, so neither side has to translate for me.
Between change and the people in it
Change management is the part everyone underestimates. I make critical systems change without the service going down and without the team being blindsided.
